1. Eligibility

By using Creatrix, you represent and warrant that:

2. Description of Service
Creatrix is an AI-powered platform that allows users to:
- Upload images (including face and body images)
- Generate and edit photorealistic images and videos using AI
- Create and manage digital characters
- Access generated content via a credit-based system
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content").
By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process, store, and display your content
- Use your content solely to provide the Service to you
We do not use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to the content you upload
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
4. Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to upload or generate content that:
- Includes minors (under 18 years old)
- Uses the likeness of celebrities or public figures without authorization
- Involves impersonation or misleading identity
- Violates privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights
- Is illegal, abusive, harassing, or promotes violence
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery or depicts real individuals in explicit scenarios without their consent
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these rules.
5. AI Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or misleading
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of outputs
- You are solely responsible for how you use generated content
- You must not represent AI-generated content as real photographs of real people without disclosure
6. Content Moderation
We use automated systems (including third-party tools such as AWS Rekognition) and manual review to detect:
- Minors
- Celebrity likeness
- Policy violations
We may:
- Remove content
- Restrict access
- Suspend or terminate accounts
7. Credits & Payments
Creatrix operates on a credit-based system.
- Credits are required to generate content
- Credits are consumed upon use
Refund Policy:
- Credits are non-refundable once used successfully
- Refunds may be issued only if generation fails due to system error
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities under your account
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service (excluding User Content) belong to Creatrix.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Creatrix shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance.
